FISCAL /STAFFING STATEMENT: According to the Property Appraiser's records, five out of the six properties are agricultural land with no structures. One parcel has a 2,726 square foot single family structure built in 1981. Based on the 2017 property tax roll of Seminole County, the acreage for the six parcel total 22.16 acres and has a combined total assessed value of $207,586.
