Commissioner Woodruff moved to continue the first reading of Ordinance No. 2018-4464 to August 13, 2018. Approve tentative millage rate of 7.325, and schedule the first public hearing on the proposed FY 2018/2019 budget for Monday, September 10, 2018 at 7 PM at City Hall. It is a savings of $130,000. Commissioner Austin moved to approve this item. JULY 239 2018 REGULAR MEETING Several residents spoke against the proposed annexation located at 3242 Ohio Brenda Hartsfield, Sanford resident, said that she was responsible for initiating the video of the incident that took place at The Barn, however, she did not block anyone from making comments on the post. Henry Sweet, Sanford resident, expressed his concern with the poor customer service that he received on a recent visit to the Utility Department and the lack of resolution.
