The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, November 12, 2018, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North

to occupy and share the City owned facility at 230 E 1St Street. (WS 2.A)
B. Approve entering into an agreement with Florida Department of Environmental
Protection (FDEP) for the Florida Recreational Development Assistance Program
(FRDAP) Grant for the Coastline Park Project.
C. Approve an increase to purchase order #36100, to Wharton Smith, Inc. in an
amount not to exceed $11,390 for improvements to the Public Works bathrooms
and breakroom (ADA compliance).

expenses in an amount not to exceed $277,854.
G. Approve the special event permit, alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures
for `Movie Night' presented by Tuffy's Entertainment LLC and Nation Law Firm
to be held Sunday, December 2, Sunday, December 9, Sunday, December 16, and
Sunday, December 23, 2018.
H. Approve the special event permit, alcohol permit, noise permit, street closures and
waiver to the standard temporary sign regulations for the `Romanian Traditions
Festival' and extend the approved hours from 1 — 5PM to 12 — 5PM.
