REGULAR MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, March 11, 2019, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North
Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

6) CONSENT AGENDA [Commission Memo 19-056]
A. Approve a purchase order to Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. in the amount of
$70,000 for auditing services for fiscal year 2018.
B. Approve the special event permit with longer street closures, an alcohol permit, and
a noise permit for the `Sanford Food Truck Fiesta' to be held on the third Saturday
of every month remaining in 2019.
C. Approve the special event permit, alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures
for the `Homegrown Makers Market' to be held on Saturday April 28, 2019.
D. Approve the special event permit with an alcohol permit, noise permit and street
closures for the `13th Annual Hurricane Party' to be held on Sunday, April 28, 2019.
E. Approve special event permit, an alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures
for the `Sanford Music Festival' to be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019.
F. Approve the first amendment to the Municipal Mobile Mobility Interlocal
Agreement and Transportation Network Company TNC Agreement.
G. Approve the award for design services for the SR 46 Water Main Replacement to
CPH, Inc. in the amount of $250,084.50.
H. Approve the Purchase Order to SSE & Associates, Inc. for the replacement floors
at the West Side Community Center (for the multi -purchase room and gym floor)

9) CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT
Mr. Colbert thanked all the City staff who made the closing of the
Mellonville Avenue Schoolboard property a success.

Mr. Bonaparte thanked Commissioner Austin for all of his hard work on the Tim
Raines events.
12) CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
Alex Psarras discussed the health effects of 5G Development.
Christopher d'Hedouville addressed concerns regarding risk protection orders.
13) CITY COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS
Commissioner Austin thanked Mr. Bonaparte for his kind words and also
thanked all City staff who were involved in the Tim Raines events making them successful. Also,
congratulations to Curtis Ruff, Jr. winning our 1" Championship Wrestling Competition since
1987.
Vice Mayor Woodruff said he was disappointed that he missed the activities over
the weekend. It was a great event for the City. He thanked Commission Austin, Mike Smith and
City staff for putting the event together.

Commissioner Wiggins thanked Commissioner Austin, Mike Smith and
Commissioner Mahany thanked Commissioner Austin for all he did with
the events over the weekend and apologized for not being able to attend. She reminded everyone
about the PVI Ventura Bomber Event at the airport tomorrow at 9:30 AM.
