Approve purchase of a T770 Bobcat Compact Track Loader from Bobcat of Orlando in an amount not to exceed $63,261.27. D. Approve the proposal from Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC to repair the traveling bridge filter at the North Water Reclamation Facility in an amount not to exceed $75,218. E. Declare Vehicle #131 as surplus due to the extensive amount of damage and send the vehicle to auction to be sold to the highest bidder. Commissioner Mahany moved to approve Consent Items. Second reading of Ordinance No. 4500, repealing certain sections of Chapter 14, Animals, of the Code of Ordinances and approval of the Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County Animal Control Services; Ad published March 31, 2019. [Commission Memo 19-084] Commissioner Mahany moved to adopt second reading of Ordinance No. 4500. Consider appeal of the Planning and Zoning Commission's decision to deny a Conditional Use for Urban Infill Redevelopment for a proposed 8 -unit multiple family residential development at 1600 Southwest Road; Sandra L. Newson, owner; Ad published on January 2, 2019. [Commission Memo 19-086] Commissioner Mahany moved to leave stand, as approved denial Development Order 18-33 as issued by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Seconded by Commissioner Austin and carried by vote of the Commission as follows: Mayor Triplett Aye Vice Mayor Woodruff Aye Commissioner Wiggins Aye Commissioner Austin Aye Commissioner Mahany Aye 9) CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT CITY COMMISSION MINUTES APRIL 89 2019 REGULAR MEETING 10) CITY CLERK'S REPORT Traci Houchin, City Clerk, reminded all of the Board Appreciation Event on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Former Chamber of Commerce building. 11) CITY MANAGER'S REPORT 12) CITIZEN PARTICIPATION Gloria Baskerville -Johnson thanked the Mayor and Commission for denying the appeal at 1600 Southwest Road. Cynthia Sweet and Ms. Robinson also thanked the Mayor and Commission for supporting the community. Dan Ping reminded the Commission of the new event center that is open for business where Wolfy's was located.
