REGULAR MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, May 13, 2019, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park
Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

B. Approve the second lease extension with Sanford Aero Modelers for the Site 10
property for a term to expire June 15, 2024.
C. Approve Change Order No. 1 by Vogel Bros. Building Co. in an amount not to
exceed $77,152.07 for the Sanford North WRF Class A Biosolids Management
System Project.
D. Approve the special event permit for the `Fishing for Kids Tournament' on
Saturday, June 15, 2019,
E. Approve the special event permit, alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures
for the `Race 2 Cure 5K' on Sunday, September 15, 2019.
F. Approve the special event permit, a noise permit and street closure for the `National
Nite Out Against Crime' event on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

H. Approve the contingent fee retainer agreement with the law finns of Schochor,

Group; Douglas R. Beam, P.A.; Michael Khan, P.A.; and James Vickaryous, P.A.
as the City's retained legal counsel in the opioid litigation that was previously
discussed with the City Commission.
