REGULAR MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, July 22, 2019, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park
Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

6) CONSENT AGENDA [Commission Memo 19-169]
A. Approve the special event permit with a noise permit and street closures for
`Halloween on 13th' on Thursday, October 31, 2019.
B. Approve the submission of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
One Year 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.

to the August 12, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Mahany and carried by vote of the

acknowledgment, designation, and area of control and ownership of the entire area
known as the City Municipal Cemetery; Ad published on July 21, 2019.

B. Approve waiver of interest on three municipal liens for the property located at 939

Charles Smith, Ivan Edwards and Kevin Buie; contingent upon payment of $402.25
within 30 days. [Commission Memo 19-173]
Commissioner Austin moved to approve the waiver of interest on three municipal
liens for the property located at 939 Historic Goldsboro Blvd., also known as Williams Avenue,
contingent upon payment of $402.25 within 30 days. Seconded by Commissioner Wiggins and
carried by vote of the Commission as follows:
