REGULAR MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, July 8, 2019, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park
Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

A. Approval of a procurement to Middlesex Paving, LLC in an amount not to exceed
$81,800 for the repair of College Drive and Lake Mary Boulevard.
B. Approve special event permit with a noise permit for the `Back to School Drive' on
Saturday, August 10, 2019.
C. Approve special event permit with a noise permit for the `Street Explosion' on
Saturday, October 5, 2019.
D. Approve special event permit, alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures for
the `Harvest Moon Dinner' on Saturday, November 3, 2019.
E. Approve special event permit with a noise permit for the `Sanford Easter Sunrise
Service' on Sunday, April 12, 2020.
