Thank yon! — I I Ammar 27.201,9 Date STATE REVOLVING FUND AMENDMENT 2 TO LOAN AGREEMENT SW590141 CITY OF SANFORD This amendment is executed by the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (Department) and the CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, (Local Government) existing as a local governmental entity under the laws of the State of Florida. Collectively, the Department and the Local Government shall be referred to as "Parties" or individually as "Party". The Department and the Local Government entered into a State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement, Number SW590141, as amended, authorizing a Loan amount of $5,847,753, excluding Capitalized Interest; and The Loan Amount, Sendammal Loan Payment amount, Loan Service Fee, and Project costs need adjustment to reflect actual costs; and Certain provisions of the Agreement need to be revised. The Parties hereto agree as follows: 1. The total amount awarded is reduced by $993,124. The revised total amount awarded is $4,854,629. 2. The Loan Service Fee is reduced by $19,862, and the adjusted total service fee for this Loan is $97,093. The fee represents two percent of the Loan amount excluding Capitalized Interest; that is, two percent of $4,854,629. 3. The total amount of the Loan is $4,976,593.13, which consists of $4,854,629.00 disbursed to the Local Government, $24,871.13 of accrued Capitalized Interest and $97,093.00 of service fee charges. 4. The total amount remaining to repay on the Loan is $4,822,777.72, which amount accounts for the Department's receipt of I Semiannual Loan Payment and consists of the following: (a) The unpaid principal of the original loan of $4,436,143.48 and the unpaid service fee charge of the original loan of $91,086.00 both at a Financing Rate of 1.18 percent per annum (the interest rate is 0.59 percent per annum, and the Grant Allocation Assessment rate is 0.59 percent per annum). The Semiannual Loan Payment amount, adjusted to accoant for repayments received to date, is hereby revised and shall be in the amount of $138,690.03. Such payments shall be received by the Department on November 15, 2019 and semiannually thereafter on May 15 and November 15 of each year until all amounts due hereunder have been fully paid. 6.
