Lorraine Whitaker, Sanford resident, speaking on behalf of a neighbor of Mr. Swaney, stating the smell from the pig is terrible and there are also roosters in the neighborhood. 13) CITY COMMISSIONER'S REPORTS Vice Mayor Woodruff received a magazine with several articles he wants to share with the Commission. The Clerk's Office will provide the Commission with copies of said articles. Also, he attended the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting to congratulate Julie Scofield, Historic Preservation Planner on obtaining the Grant for the Civic Center. Mayor Triplett thanked the Commission for allowing him more time on the Capital Items for the Parks and Grounds Division. event.
