ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 28-152.2 OF THE SANFORD CODE
BY ESTABLISHING NEW RECLAIMED WATER RATES;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED'BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section 28-152.2 is amended to reflect the reclaimed water consumption
change which will be increased from $0.10 per 1,000 gallons to $0.25 per 1,000 gallons effective
upon passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 2: Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance
proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional it shall not be held to impair the validity, force
or effect of any other section or part of a section of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: Conflicts. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. Shall become effective on all uf~ity bills mailed out after
September 30, 1999.
