ORDINANCE NO. 1462
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING THE STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF DRUID PARK DRIVE LYING BETWEEN
27TH STREET AND PINECREST DRIVE EXTENDED
WESTERLY, AND BETWEEN ORLANDO DRIVE AND FRENCH
AVENUE, RESERVING THE USE OF SA}~ UNTO THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA FOR UTILITY PURPOSES,
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain street described as:
That street right-of-way lying on the West 25 feet
of the East 250 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, A_MENDED
PLAT OF DRUID PARK, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 5 and 6, of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida, and lying between
27th Street and Pinecrest Drive extended westerly and
between Orlando Drive and French Avenue.
be and the same is hereby closed closed, vacated and abandoned as a
public street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reservingi:
the use of said street,unto the City of Sanford, Florida for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
