AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING!, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY OF A NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY

EXTENDED EASTERLY AND BETWEEN BAY AVENUE AND

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain street described as:
That portion of a north-south alley lying between the
North lot line of Lot 10 extended Easterly and the
South lot line of Lot 10 extended Easterly, LONG'S
SECOND ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 3, of the Public
Records of'Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving
the use of said street unto the City of Sanford, Florida for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts. of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordiance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
