CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
WEST COMMERCIAL STREET, LYING BETWEEN NORTH
ELM AVENUE AND NORTH MYRTLE AVENUE AND BETWEEN
FULTON STREET AND WEST FIRST STREET, RESERVING
THE USE OF SAME UNTO THE CITY OF SANFORD

SECTION l: That certa-ln street described as:
That portion of West Commercial Street lying between
Blocks 1 and 2, all in Tier 6, TOWN OF SANFORD, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 58, of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim for ~tself and the public all interest therein, reserving
the use of said street unto the City of Sanford, Florida for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect
of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
