AN ORDINANCE OF THE-CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING THAT EAST-
WEST ALLEY LYING BET~EEN SAN CARLOS AVENUE
AND SAN MARCOS AVENUE AND BETWmEN SECOND
STREET AND FOURTH STREET, RESERVING THE USE
OF SAME UNTO THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
FOR UTILITY PURPOSES, PROVIDING FOR SEVER-
ABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTI!g DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain atiey.~ described as:
c\~ That certain East-West alley lying between Block 23 and
CD i~,, Block 29, MELLONVILLE, according to the Plat thereof
.... as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 120, on the Public

disclaim for itself and the public ali interest therein, reserving
the use of said alley-~ unto the City of Sanford, Florida for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2:
If any section or portion of a section 0f this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances*or parts of ordinancesln
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
