AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING THAT NORTH-
SOUTH ALLEY LYING BETWZEN }ffRTLE AVENUE AJ]D
EI2~{ AVENUE AND BETWEEN FULTON STREET AND THE
EASTERLY EXTENSION OF COMMERCIAL STREET,
RESERVING THE USE OF SA2~ UNTO THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA FOR UTILITY PURPOSES,
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORiDi':
SECTION !:
That certain alley described as:
That certain North-South alley in Block 1, Tier 6,
TOi,~ OF SANFORD, accordingjto the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 58, of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the Cfty does hereby
disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving
the use of said alley unto the City of Sanford, Florida for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not Be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect
of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
