ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING THAT PORTION
OF A STREET LYING BETWEEN 27TH STREET, ORLANDO
DR VE AND ,L E JENNIE, OF
S~ UNTO THE CITY OF SANFO~, FLORIDA FOR
UTILITY PURPOSES, PROVIDING. FOR SEVE~BILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain street described as:
The Westerly one-half (30 feet) of that certain street
named THE CROSSWAY, as delineated on an Amended Plat
of DRUID PARK, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 5 and 6, of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving
the use of said street unto the City of Sanford, Florida for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective
iminediately upon its passage and adoption.
