AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN-
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN FRENCH AVENUE AND
MAPLE AVENUE AND BETWEEN 24TH STREET!AND 24TH
PLACE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 7, 8, 13 and 14, (less road), Block 15, 3rd
Section, Dreamwold, Plat Book 4, Page 70, of the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed°
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective iraroe-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
