AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPER~T.¥
LYING BETWEEN FULTON STREET AND SECOND STREE~i
AND BETWEEN MANGOUSTINE AVENUE AND POPLAR
AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOI~IDA::
SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
'comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of ~he City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, 'be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 1 through 14, Block Y, and Lots 1 through 4,
Block Z, St. Gertrude's Addition, Town of Sanford.
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective iraroe-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
