AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY LYING BETWEEN 24TH STREET AND 24TH PLACE
AND BETWEEN MAPLE AVENUE AND LAUREL AVENUE
TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,~ Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford~ Florida, regulating and restricting
the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade,
industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:

Commercial) Di strict.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance 'shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
