There were no comments C. Approve Resolution No. 2811, adopting the millage rate of 7.325 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020. A. Authorize the Police Department to purchase (12) police vehicles from Alan Jay Fleet Sales in an amount not to exceed $481,457. B. Authorize the Police Department to continue leasing (17) unmarked vehicles for use by Department Investigators from Enterprise FM Trust in an amount not to exceed $87,596. C. Authorize the Police Department to maintain the contract with Mr. Peter Loomis providing the department with Professional Accreditation Manager Services through Fiscal Year 2020 in an amount not to exceed $50,000. Approve the procurement of fuel for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 in an estimated amount of $1,100,000 from Petroleum Traders Corporation. G. Approve the special event permit with a noise permit for the `Hispanic Community Christian Outreach Service' on Saturday, October 19, 2019. H. Approve the special event permit, an alcohol permit, noise permit and street closures for `Sanford Pride' on Saturday, November 2, 2019. I. Approve the special event permit with a noise permit and street closures for the `Trucks Gone Wild Grudge Truck Pull' on Saturday, November 2, 2019. J. Approve the special event permit with a noise permit for the `Day of Deviants' on Saturday, November 16, 2019. K. Approve the special event permit with street closures for the `31St Annual Holiday Tour of Homes' on Saturday, December 7, 2019. L. Commissioner Austin invited everyone to attend the Jazz Festival Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 2 PM to 7 PM. Vice Mayor Woodruff attended the Business Watch Meeting after today's Work Session. One of the main concerns brought forward was, can the City fins a way to enforce the overnight parking along the Riverwalk? There being no further business, the meeting was adjournVd at 7:55 PM.
