AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY LYING BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND SECOND
STREET AND BETWEEN AVOCADO AVENUE AND
MANGOUSTINE AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMER-
CIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972; said ordi-
nance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, s~ructures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Lots 9 through 18 and Lots 33 through 35,
GRACELINE COURT, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 99,
of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2
(General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
