CREMMAL JUSTICE COMPUTER SERVICES AND SUPPORT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT is made and entered into this CI day of —CC 7 � �----
2019 and is to that certain Agreement made and entered into on the 3`d day of January, 2017 between
Sanford Police Department, hereinafter referred to as "PD" and the Seminole County Sheriff's Office
hereinafter referred to as "SCSO".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, PD and SCSO entered into the above -referenced Agreement on January 3, 2017 for
Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement so as to enable both parties to continue to
enjoy the mutual benefits it provides,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual understandings and agreements contained
herein, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Add the following paragraphs to Section 4:
I .J. Share PD CAFEWEB data with N-DEx via the FINDER data sharing system.
I.K. Share PD CAFEWEB data with the Law Enforcement Information Exchange
(LINX).
2. Section 7, Dispute Resolution is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed with the laws of the State of Florida.
Venue shall be Seminole County, Florida. SCSO's designee shall be SCSO's Technology
Services Director. PD's designee shall be the PD's Chief of Police. The designees shall resolve
minor disputes.

Except as herein modified, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
for the ten -n of the Agreement, as originally set forth in said Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this instrument for the purpose herein
expressed.
