The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, November 18, 2019, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North
Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

6) CONSENT AGENDA [Commission Memo 19-242]
A. Approve the service funding agreement and addendum to the agreement between
the City of Sanford and LYNX in the amount of $93,000 and authorize the Mayor
to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
B. Approve the procurement to Ten -8 for the purchase of one fire engine/pumper per
equipment proposal in an amount not to exceed $550,000.
C. Approve award of Bid #IFB 18/19-60 to Boulevard Contractors Corp. and the
procurement activity associated with the award in an amount not to exceed
$195,000.
D. Approve the purchase order to Premier Lawn Maintenance, LLC, in an amount not
to exceed $93,480 for landscaping services.
E. Approve the purchase order to Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc. in an amount
not to exceed $253,400 for building inspections and plans review.
F. Approve the purchase order to Pace Analytical Services, Inc. for contract laboratory
services in an amount not to exceed $105,000.
G. Approve the invoice to Seminole County in the amount of $112,800 for traffic
signal maintenance within the City of Sanford.
H. Approve the expenditure of $168,660 for the second year purchase of the five year
Axon Officer Safety Program (OSP) contract.

lot closure for the `Lake Monroe Lighted Boat Parade' on Saturday, December 21,

closures for the `Alive After Five' event series on the second Thursday of every

REGULAR MEETING
Vice Mayor Woodruff thanked Parks and Recreation and City staff for their hard
work on the Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall. He is very proud of our City.
Mayor Triplett said he received several compliments for all the hard work put into
the Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall making it look amazing. He wished everyone a Happy
Thanksgiving.
