AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA,
REPEALING CHAPTER 18-112, ARTICLE IV, DIVISION 2,
AFFORDABLE HOUSING EXTENDED PAYMENT
ALTERNATIVE FOR CITY IMPACT FEES; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3117, SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE
CITY'S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; BY
REPEALING SCHEDULE T, SECTION 3.0(A) FINANCIAL
INCENTIVES TO ELIMINATE SUBSECTION A, DEFERMENT
OF IMPACT FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford deems it in the best interest
of the public to repeal Chapter 18-1/2, Article IV, Division 2, of the City Code, as well as
Schedule T, Section 3.0(A) of the Land Development Regulations, in their entirety, as no
one has utilized this alternative method of paying impact fees, and this method is
unnecessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 18~1/2, Article IV, Division 2, of the City Code entitled
Affordable Housing Extended Payment Alternative for City Impact Fees is hereby deleted
in its entirety.
SECTION 2: Schedule T, Section 3.0(A), Deferment of Impact Fees, of the City of
Sanford, Land Development Regulations, Ordinance No. 3117, is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby revoked;
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage and adoption.
