The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Meeting on
Monday, December 9, 2019, at 7:00 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North

comprehensive IT disaster recovery solution.
C. Approve the award for design and permitting work by CPH in the amount of
$79,790 for the utility relocations on US Highway 17/92.
D. Approve the procurement of services for project administration, grant management
and inflow and infiltration study from Reiss Engineering Inc. in the amount of
$150,500.
E. Approve the procurement to Musco Lighting, in an amount not to exceed $82,400,
for the replacement of lighting for the pickleball and tennis courts located in

Mr. Bonaparte thanked City Staff for all the hard work for the Tree Lighting
Ceremony and wished everyone a Happy Holiday.

Commissioner Mahany wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
Commissioner Wiggins wished everyone a Happy Holiday and thanked Diziah
Daniels from the Young Men of Excellence for attending tonight's Commission Meeting.
Vice Mayor Woodruff said last week he met with the City's Planning staff and
Commissioner Carey and the County's Planning Staff regarding possible modifications to the JPA
and discussed concerns on Lake Mary Boulevard. The tree lighting was excellent and the parade
will be excellent. The City has a lot of good things going on and he appreciates the staff taking
care of all of the events and Merry Christmas everyone.
Commission Austin shared a heartfelt thank you to Parks, Recreation and Streets
for all they have done with the events in town. He wished everyone a Happy Holiday, Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year. He wished the Police Department good luck with the three (3)
K -9's that are going for national accreditation.
Mayor Triplett expressed sincere gratitude for all City Staff thanking each of them
for all the hard work they have done over this last year. He is looking forward to 2020 and seeing
the projects that the City has been working on come to fruition. He wished everyone a Happy
Holiday and New Year.
