in connection with the Sanford Municipal Cemetery. The Cemetery Advisory Committee shall
consider all matters submitted to it by the City Commission or the City Manager, and shall offer
suggestions and recormnendations on its own initiative in regard to the operation of the Sanford
Municipal Cemetery.
(B) The members of the Cemetery Advisory Committee shall receive no compensation
and may spend only such sums as may be authorized and appropriated by the City Commission.
(C) The Cemetery Advisory Committee shall recommend to the City Commission
such overall projects as seem warranted, but shall not concern itself with the day-to-day affairs of
normal city functions.
SECTION 4: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid,
unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 6: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and adoption.
