AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING ~,
THE EASTERLY 5 FEET OF THAT CERTAIN 10 FOOT ~
WIDE NORTH-SOUTH DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT LYING ON THE WESTERLY PORTION OF
THE PROPERTY AT 102 COASTLINE ROAD;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed with the City of Sanford m close, vacate and
abandon the Easterly 5 feet of that certain I 0 foot wide ~4orth-South drainage and utility
easement lying on the Westerly poFcion of the propen~y at ! 02 Coastline Road; and
WHEREAS, a public heating was held on September 16, 1996, for considerarjon and
determination as to whether or not the closing, vacating and abandoning of the Eastetiy 5
feet of that certain ! 0 foot wide ~lorth-South drainage and utility easement lying on the
Westerly potion of the property at 102 Coastline Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the closing, vacating and
abandoning of that certain property does not conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Sanford, Flotida, and that the public health, economy, comfo~, order, convenience,
and welfare will be pFomoted by such closing, vacating and abandoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SAN FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Easterly 5 feet of that ceFcain 10 foot wide ~Jorth-South
drainage and utility easement lying on the Westerly po~on of the property at ! 02 Coastline
Road, more pa~iculafiy described as follows:
The Easterly 5 feet of that ce~cain I 0 foot wide ~/orth-South
drainage and utility easement lying on the west side property line
of the ~orth !65 feet of the South !75 feet of the West 165
feet of Lot 7, Sanford Central Pa~k, Plat ~ook 33, Pages 6~ to
~, of the Public Records o~ Seminole CounW, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned.
SECTION 2: If any section o~ po~on or a section of this ordinance proves
invalid, unia~l or unconsd~onal, it shall no~ be held to impair the validly, force
of any o~er s~tion or pa~ of ~is oFdinance.
SECTION 3: Tha~ all ordinances or pa~ of ordinances in confijc~ herewith be and
the same are heFeby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and adoption.
