3312 ORDINANCE NO. 3312
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3270, AND
ITS AMENDMENTS, AND ADOPTING AN AMENDED
CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE
OCTOBER 1, 1996; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, deems it necessary
to amend the Classification and Pay Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the preceding clauses are adopted as fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2: That the terms of Ordinance No. 3270 are hereby amended.
SECTION 3: That Ordinance No. 3270 be and the same is hereby amended to
provide that the Classification and Pay Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is incorporated
herein by reference and is made part of this Ordinance as fully and completely as though it
was fully set forth herein.
SECTION 4: SEVERABILITY. tf any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the
validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: CONFLICTS. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 6: EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall become effective
October 1, 1996 after its passage and adoption.
