AIRPORT BLVD. AND LAKE NARY BLVD., AND BE~EEN PALN
WAY AND HIGHWAY 17-92 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
VOLUNTARY ANNE~TION PROVISIONS OF SECTION
1 71.044, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR SEVE~BILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

conginin~ ~e name of ~e prope~ owner in [he area described hereina~er reques~n~ annexation
[he corpora[e area of [he CiW of Sanford, Florida, and reques[in~ m be included ~erein~ and
WHER~S, ~e ProperW Appraiser of Seminole CounW, Florida havin~ ce~ified [ha[ ~here is

immunities as are ~om time to time granted to residen~ and proper~ owner of the Ci~ of Sanford,
Florida, as ~rther provided in Chapter 171, Florida S~tutes, and shall fu~her be subject to th~
responsibilities of residence or ownership as may from time to time be determined by the governing_
