E~ITLED FIREFIGHTERS' RETIR~E~ SYST~,
SECTIONS 2-281 ~ROUGH 2-292, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF ~E CITY OF SANFO~; PROVIDING
FOR SE~BILi~, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
~EREAS, it iS the desire of the City Commission of the City
of Sanford to amend and restate Chapter 2, Administration, Article
XVI, Firefi~ters' Retirement System, Sections 2-281 through 2-292,
of the Code of Ordinances; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY HE PEOPLE OF HE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Article XVI, Firefighters' Retirement System,
Sections 2-281 through 2-292, inclusive, of the City of Sanford,
Code of Ordinances, be and the same is amended and restated as set
forth in the document designated FIREFIGHTERS' RETIREMENT SYSTEM,
attached hereto and made a'part hereof.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked;
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
