3427 ORDINANCE NO. 3427
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
CITY OF SANFORD "PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM"; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, deems it
necessary to establish a revised "Performance Appraisal System".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the preceding clauses are adopted as fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2: That the provisions of this Performance Appraisal System be
applicable to all evaluations due for the rating period October 1, 1997 through September
30, 1998 and thereafter.
SECTION 3: That the "City of Sanford Performance Appraisal System
Administrative Directives" and associated form attached hereto as Exhibit "A" are
incorporated herein by reference and are made part of this Ordinance as fully and
completely as though it was fully set forth herein.
SECTION 4: SEVERABILITY. If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair
the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 5:CONFLICTS. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 6: EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be effective upon
passage and adoption.
