EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT TO RRFREE, LLC/ CITY OF SANFORD
SUBLEASE AGREEMENT
THIS EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT TO RRFREE, LLC/CITY OF SANFORD
SUBLEASE AGREEMENT ("Extension and Amendment") between RRFREE, LLC, whose
principal address is 307 East 2nd Street; Sanford, Florida 32771, and whose mailing
address is 202 South Sanford Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771, hereinafter referred to as
the "Landlord" and the City of Sanford, whose address is 300 North Park Avenue; Sanford,
Florida 32771, hereinafter referred to as the "City"..
WHEREAS, parties to this Extension and Amendment previously entered a
document styled "RRFREE, LLC/CITY OF SANFORD SUBLEASE AGREEMENT"
("Sublease") and desire to extend the period of effectiveness of the Sublease; and
WHEREAS, the parties to this Extension and Amendment ratify and affirm all
actions taken by the parties in the implementation of the Sublease and extend the term of
the Sublease in accordance with its provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, and for the other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged by execution of this
Extension and Amendment, the parties agree and understand as follows:
(1). The above recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this
Extension and Amendment upon which the parties have relied.
(2). The Sublease is extended through November 8, 2021.
(3). Commencing on November 9, 2021, the City shall pay RRFREE, LLC the
sum of $6,000.00 as advance rent for each twelve month period that the Sublease is in
effect.
(4). This Extension and Amendment shall automatically renew for additional one-
year periods ending on November 8 of each year unless a party shall notify the other party
by August 8 prior to the end of a term that it desires that this Parking Easement And
Agreement not be extended.
(5). This Extension and Amendment shall be in effect on October 1, 2020.
