Project Name: Sunland Estates Lift Station Replacement
Bid No.: IFB No. 19/20-44
You are hereby notified to commence Work in accordance with the Agreement dated April 20,
2020. This Notice authorizes the Contractor to commence construction on the above Notice to
Proceed Date and, in accordance with the Agreement, all Work shall be substantially complete
within 270 calendar days of the date of this Notice to Proceed. Therefore, the Date of
Substantial Completion is April 1, 2021 -. Per the Agreement, all Work shall be finally
substantially complete within 60 calendar days of the date of substantial completion.
Therefore, the Date of Final completion is May 31, 2021
