Approve the procurement of services related to the proposal from Raftelis Financial Consulting, Inc. for consulting services related to the City's Stormwater financial forecasting and rate study in the amount of $19,260. C. Approve increase to purchase order 37223 to Parkson Corporation to repair the Aqua Guard Continuous Self -Cleaning Bar and Filter Screen located at the South Water Resource Center, in the amount of $3,679.50, for a total amount of $53,393.50. D. Approve the purchase of granulated activated carbon material and nozzles from Calgon Carbon Corporation in the amount of $53,194. E. Approve the procurement of a 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD/Hoist Truck Reg. Cab Chassis 2WD from Alan Jay Fleet Sales at a cost not to exceed $73,478 for the Utilities Plants Division. F. Approve the procurement of a 2021 Vactor 21001 Sewer Cleaner Truck from Environmental Products Group at a cost not exceed $425,911 for the Utilities Water/Sewer Division. Approve the procurement of two 2021 Ford F-150 Super Cab 2WD from Alan Jay Fleet Sales at a total cost not to exceed $49,738 for the Utilities Water Division. H. Approve the special event permit with an alcohol permit for the 'Car and Motorcycle Show' on Saturday, January 30, 2021. I. Approve the special event permit for the 'Seminole Mega RV Show' from Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 21, 2021. J. [Commission Memo 21-002] After a brief discussion, Commissioner Britton moved to deny Ordinance No. 4564, CITY COMMISSION MINUTES JANUARY 11, 2021 REGULAR MEETING based on the fact this item is not compatible, not an outside storage yard and recommends, Mr. Colbert, City Attorney, prepare a development order for denial. Commissioner Britton apologized to the City Manager regarding the email she She discussed speed table concerns. Mr. Iftikhar, Public Works and Utilities Director said the City is looking into purchasing signs the flash with the speed limit of vehicles. Commissioner Austin asked if the City could put flashing lights on the top of stop signs or putting up additional stop signs. Deputy Chief Raimondo said that sometimes it appears vehicles may be traveling faster than you think. She thanked the Commission for the beautiful arrangement she received for the holidays when her and her family were ill. Commissioner Mahany asked if the City would help the St. John's River Arts Festival by donating $10,000 for their event. After a brief discussion, the Commission agreed to donate the $ 10,000. She said she wants to revisit the Commissioners each receiving the Neighborhood Funds that were received in the past when discussing the budget this year.
