EXTENSION TO HISTORIC SANFORD WELCOME CENTER, INC.1CITY OF
SANFORD PERMIT AND AGREEMENT RELATING TO FARMERS MARKET
THIS EXTENSION TO PERMIT AND AGREEMENT RELATING TO FARMERS
MARKET ("Extension") is between the Historic Sanford Welcome Center, Inc., whose
address is 230 East. First Street, Sanford, Florida 32771, hereinafter referred to as the
"Welcome Center", and the City of Sanford, whose address is 300 North Park Avenue;
Sanford, Florida 32771, hereinafter referred to as the "City", effective upon the date last set
forth below, but nunc pro tune to October 1, 2020.
WHEREAS, parties to this Extension previously entered a document styled "Permit
And Agreement Relating To Farmers Market" ("Original Agreement") and desire to extend
the period of effectiveness of the Original Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties to this Extension ratify and affirm all actions taken by the
parties in the implementation of the Original Agreement and extend the term of the Original
Agreement in accordance with its provisions and the Welcome Center has no claim of any
type of nature against the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, and for the other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged by execution of this
Extension, the parties agree and understand as follows:
(1). The above recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this
Extension upon which the parties have relied.
(2). The Original Agreement is extended through September 30, 2021.
(3). This Extension shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods
ending on September 30 of each year unless a party shall notify the other party by August
1 prior to the end of a term that it desires that the Original Agreement, as extended, not be
further extended.
(4). This Extension shall be in effect nunc pro tune to October 1, 2020,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, by duly authorized officers or agents,
have each set their respective hands, the dates below written, representing that they have
the positions noted and the authority to execute this document.
