MUTUAL RELEASE
Know all men by these presents that THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, First Party, and SARA LOIS JACOBSON, Second Party, have
entered into and executed this Mutual Release for the purposes herein stated.
For and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty -
Three Dollars ($107,423.00) received from Second Party ("Settlement Amount"), the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, First Party hereby remises, releases, acquits, satisfies, and forever
discharges Second Party, of and from all manner of action or actions, cause and causes of action,
suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants,
contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments,
executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which First Party ever had, now
has, or which any successor or assign of said First Party, hereafter can, shall or may have, against the
Second Party, for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of
the world to the day of these presents, and specifically arising out of or any manner related to that
certain City of Sanford Loan Subsidy Agreement and Grant of Lienhold Interest Relating To 224
East First Street dated March 17, 2011 entered into by and between First Party and Second Party.
The effectiveness of the Release hereby granted by First Party to Second Party is expressly
subject to receipt of cleared funds by First Party for the Settlement Amount. Upon receipt of cleared
funds for the Settlement Amount, First Party shall submit for recording a Notice of Voluntary
Dismissal with Prejudice of that certain case filed in Seminole County, FL as Case No. 2020 -CA -
002898, City of Sanford, Fl v Sara Lois Jacobson, et al.
Second Party hereby remises, releases, acquits, satisfies, and forever discharges First Party,
of and from all manner of action or actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of
money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies,
agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims and demands
whatsoever, in law or in equity, which Second Party ever had, now has, or which any heir, successor
or assign of said Second Party, hereafter can, shall or may have, against the First Party, for, upon or
by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day of
these presents, and specifically arising out of or any manner related to that certain City of Sanford
Loan Subsidy Agreement and Grant of Lienhold Interest Relating To 224 East First Street dated
March 17, 2011 entered into by and between First Party and Second Party.

Book 07554, Pages 1563-1570, and covering the following described real property:

The Property is generally addressed as follows: 224 East First Street located
in the City Limits of the City of Sanford or the West 108.2 feet of the East
243.2 feet of the South 104.2 feet Block 2, Tier 2, E.R. Trafford's Map of
Town of Sanford as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 58, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida (the Meisch Building).
The undersigned hereby directs the Clerk of Circuit Court for Seminole County, Florida to release
and satisfy said lien of record.
