AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANFORD AND S & J EXPERT
CLEANING/IRFQ NUMBER: 19/20-115/CLEANING SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Amendment") is by and
between the City of Sanford, Florida, a Florida municipality, (hereinafter referred to as the
"City"), whose mailing address is 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771, and
Shunteria D. Jones and Tijuana D. Williams, doing business as S & J Expert Cleaning,
whose principal address is 1120 Pecan Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771, (hereinafter
referred to as "S & Y). The City and S & J may be collectively referenced herein as the
"parties". The parties agree to amend the City's agreement with S & J, dated December
19, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), with this Amendment being made
and entered into the later date as set forth in the signature blocks below:
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and agreement herein made and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
Section 1. Amendment Of Agreement. The parties agree S & J will clean
the City's Wellness Center, to the satisfaction of the City, for an additional $400.00 per
month. The work at that location shall be under the direction of Fred Fosson, the City's
Director of Human Resources and Risk Management.
Section 2. Effect Of Amendment. This Amendment shall take effect upon
full execution hereof by the City and S & J. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in effect and binding and the said Agreement and this
Amendment shall be read in harmony and in pari materia. The parties agree that the

original contract is in good standing and that all parties are in compliance with the terms
and conditions thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and S & J have executed this instrument for the
purpose herein expressed and S & J represents and affirms that the signatories below
have full and lawful authority to bind S & J in every respect.
