by that certain Aday Modification of Mortgage Deed and Promissory Note in Favor of the City of
Sanford dated January 24, 2013 and recorded on April 12, 2016 in Official Records Book 8667,
Pages 1577-1582, Seminole County, Florida securing that certain note in the principal sum of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($100,000.00) DOLLARS, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
