June 14, 2017 and recorded on August 2, 2017 in the Official Records of Seminole County, Florida
at Book 8964, Pages 791-803, and covering the following described real property:

TOWN OF SANFORD LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 3 TIER I AND THE
EAST TWO FEET OF STREET ADJOINING ON WEST, TOWN OF
