3266 ORDINANCE NO. 3266
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3166, SECTION 1, SCHEDULE
B, AGRICULTURAL SECTION, PERMITTED USES; SAID
ORDINANCE BEING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, EFFECTIVE
DATE AND INCLUSION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 3117, said Ordinance being the Land
Development Regulations of the City, Schedule B, Permitted Uses
Agricultural Section, is amended by the addition of ~mining" as
follows:
"C" indicates that the use listed is permitted within
the corresponding zoning district only after being
approved a conditional use. (See Section 3.7,
Conditional Uses).
"*" indicates that the use listed is permitted subject
to complying with Planned Development Project
Regulations. (Schedule D, Planned Development Project
Requlations).
SECTION 4: SEVERABILITY. If any section or portion of a section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: CONFLICTS. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 6: EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
SECTION 7: INCLUSION. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be
included and incorporated within the Land Development Regulations of
the City of Sanford, Florida, and the Land Development Code shall be
revised to accommodate such inclusion.
