Avenue and 13th Street in the City of Sanford, Florida; and WHEREAS, for the purpose of relieving truffle cosgestielft at French. Avenue and 13th Street, the City has installed traffic light signals at this location and the Railroad Company has requested permission of the City to inter- connect by means of an electric circuit the automatically operated crossing signal lights with the City's traffic signals at French Avenue and 13th Street, so that when a train is approaching French Avenue crossing, and the automatically operated crossing signal, lights are in operation the City traffic lights will automatically indicate "STOP" to traffic an French Avenue and 13th Street across the railroad crossing and hold that indication so long as the automatically operate a slgsmrl lights are "RED" or "STOP" indication, as shown on attached blueprint Plan ZX -339j, "tod December 19, 1956, hereto attached and +redo a part hereof; and WHERBLS, in keeping with its policy of co-apemratireg In all matters cal- culating to promote public safety, the City has agreed to the proposed Inter- connection.
