Description of Change: Added Time for Record Drawings and COVID Related Delays
Reason for Change: Due to factors outside the Contractor's control, the Record
Drawings from the surveying sub took a long time (this has been
common on numerous local construction projects caused by
workload and short staffing). Additionally, due to COVID related
materials delivery shortages and personnel shortages have
added to the time needed for final completion of the project,
which also affected scheduling of inspections required by
Seminole County.

WAIVER This Change Order constitutes full and mutual accord and satisfaction for the
adjustment of the Contract Price and Contract Time as a result of increases or decreases in cost
and time of performance caused directly and indirectly from the change. Acceptance of this
Waiver constitutes an agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR that the Change Order
represents on equitable adjustment to the Agreement and that CONTRACTOR shall waive all
