AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING,F,J
VACATING, AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN 10 FC~T C~
WIDE NORTH-SOUTH DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ON ~RE~J~
WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AT 119 WILDWOOD DRIVE; PROVIDING
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. o
WHEREAS, an application has been filed with the City of Sanford to clc~ CD
vacate and abandon that certain 10 foot wide North-South drainage and uti~y
easement lying the West side of the property at 119 Wildwood Drive; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 25, 1994, for consideration and
determinations to whether or not the closing, vacating and abandoning of that
certain drainage and utility easement should be allowed; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the closing, vacating and
abandoning that certain property does not conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Sanford, Florida, and that the public health, economy, comfort, order,
convenience, and welfare will be promoted by such closing, vacating and
co abandoning.
c~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
~_ c~ SANFORD, FLORIDA:
-~ ~ ~-~- SECTION 1: That certain 10 foot wide North-South drainage and utility
~ o~ ~- easement lying the West side of the property at 119 Wildwood Drive, more
· ~-· ~ particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of lot 10, RAMBLEWOOD, as recorded in
Plat Book 23, Pages 7 & 8, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Thence run S79°20'4r'E 7.36 feet along the south R/W line of Wildwood
Drive; thence run S10°39'19"W 44.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence run S10°51'57"W 37.60 feet; thence run S79°08'03"E 2.79 .feet;
thence run N10°S9'19"E 37.60 feet; thence run N79°08'03"W 2.65 feet to
the P.O.B.
x~ be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned.
co SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to
~ ~ be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity,
~ o~ force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
