of a wastewater discharge permit application or report
shall be performed in accordance with the techniques
prescribed in 40 CFR Part 136, unless otherwise
specified in an applicable categorical pretreatment
standard, if 40 CFR Part 136 does not contain sampling
or analytical and analyses must be performed in
accordance with procedures approved by the EPA.
SECTION 2: Severability. If any section or portion of a section of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, or to be in
conflict with other prevailing Civil Service or Personnel rules, it shall not be
held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of a
section of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: Conflicts. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This Ordinanoe shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
