3169 ORDINANCE NO. 3169
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, RESCINDING
ORDINANCE NO. 3131, AND ADOPTING A CLASSIFICATION AND PAY
PLAN EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1993; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida,
deems it necessary to adopt a FY 93/94 Classification and Pay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3131 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: That certain classifications and pay schedule,
dated October 1, 1993, attached hereto and made a part of this
Ordinance as fully and completely as though same were set forth in
this section, be and the same is hereby adopted.
SECTION 3: Severability. If any section or portion of a
section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or
unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity,
force or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4: Conflicts. That all Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: Effective Date. That this Ordinance shall become
effective October 1, 1993.
