O~IN~CE NO. 3075, ~D ~OPTING A SALARY CLASSIFICATION
PLAN EFFECTI~ OCTOBER 1, 1992; PROVIDING FOR
SEVE~BILITY, CONFLICTS ~D EFFECTI~ DATE.
[EREAS, the City Comission of the City of Sanford, Florida, deems
it necessary to adjust the wages of its employees.
NOW, THEEFOX, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~FO~,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3075 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, be and the s~e is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: That certain classifications and pay schedule, dated
October 1, 1992, attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance as fully
and completely as though s~e were set forth in this section, be and the sue
is hereby adored.
SECTION 3: Sever~ility. If any section or portion of a section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, or to
be in conflict with other prevailing Civil Service or Personnel rules, it
shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of a section of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: ~nflicts. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the s~e are hereby revoked.
SE~ION 5: EFFECTI~ DA~. That this ordinance shall become
effective October 1, 1992.
