3136 ORDINANCE NO. 3136 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2065 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT TO PROVIDE SMALL-SCALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN- TO DESIGNATE PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN LAKE MARY BOULEVARD AND NORTH WAY AND BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE AND SR 427 AS RESIDENTIAL/ OFFICE/INSTITUTIONAL; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission, as the City's governing body, held a public hearing on December 14, 1992, to consider amending the Future Land Use Concept Map of the Future Land Use Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan, Sanford, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City of Sanford has complied with requirements and procedures to amend adopted comprehensive plans as set forth in Florida Statutes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That portion of the Future Land Use Plan Element referenced as the Future Land Use Concept Map be amended by changing the Land Use Designation to Residential / Office / Institutional, including certain lands incorporated into the City of Sanford, Florida. Changing that certain property lying between Lake Mary Boulevard and North Way and Sanford Avenue and SR 427 from RI-1, Restricted Industrial, to RMOI, Multiple-Family Residential-Office-Institutional. Said property being more specifically described as follows: Sec 12 Twp 20S Rge 30E, Beg 305.77 ft W& 310.29 ft N or SE cot run N 811.4 ft E to W R/W Sanford Ave S to APt E of beg W to Beg & 12-20-30- 506-0000-001A E 3 ft of Lots 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 and E 3 ft of N 21.4 ft of Lot 11, Keyes Seminole Industrial Park, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 85 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
