3103 ORDINANCE NO. 3103
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3075, AND ADOPTING AN
AMENDED CLASSIFICATION AN PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford,
Florida, deems it necessary to amend its current Classification
and Pay Plan to authorize the City Manager to make subsequent
amendments to the Classification and Pay Plan defined as lesser
included nature only to those positions categorized as vacant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Commission adopts the statements
above as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2: That certain classifications and pay plan
and subsequent revised amendments incorporated herein by
reference and made a part of this ordinance as fully and
completely as though same were set forth in this section, be
and'the same hereby adopted.
SECTION 3: Severability. If any section or portion
of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful
or unconstitutional, Or to be in conflict with other prevailing
Civil Service or Personnel rules, it shall not be held to
impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or
part of a section of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: Conflicts. That all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
revoked.
SECTION 5: Codification. That this Ordinance shall
be codified and made a part of the City Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 6: Effective Date. Shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
