AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1990 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A
ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETHEEN FERN DRIVE
EXTENDED WESTERLY AND JONES AVENUE EXTENDED WESTERLY AND
BETWEEN SANFORD AVENDE AND AMERICANA BOULEVARD FROM AG,
AGRICULTURAL, TO MR-l, MULTIPLE-FAMILY HESIDENTIAL;
PROVIDING FOR SEVEHABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance NO. 1990 of the city of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted Dece~er 28, 1988, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the s~e is
hereby mended as follows:
A portion of that certin property lying between Fern
Drive extended westerly and Jones Avenue extended
westerly and between Sanford Avenue and ~ericana
Boulevard from AG, ~ricultural, to R-i, Multiple-F~ily
Residential. Said property being more particularly
described as follows:
Section 12, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, N 330 Feet
of SE 1/4 (LESS E 405 Ft of N 130 Ft and Road desc in ORB
2265, Page 1991) as recorded in the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida.
be and the s~e is hereby rezoned from AG to ~-1.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the s~e are hereby revoked.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective imediately
upon its passage and adoption.
